BUONGIORNO/ITOUCH BILLED ME WITHOUT MY CONSENT

I phoned MTM to check why the money on my prepaid cellphone disappeared at such an alarming rate. The supervisor checked and found that I Touch has been deducting R5 from my cellphone since 11 September 2012 and continued over the past months, until 3.15am today, 5 February. I tried to telephone the number she gave me - 021 406 8686 and was given two options - 1, to find out more about Buongiorno products or 2, to unsubscribe, so I pressed 2.
To my knowledge I have never authorized I Touch or Buongiorno to deduct any money from my cellphone account. And to add insult to injury, I have never received anything from this company, except more sms's which I delete on receipt.
During this period, from 11/09/2012 to 05/02/2013 the MTM Supervisor saw that I Touch has deducted a total of R105 from my cellphone account, and I should like them to refund me,
