I phoned Neotell sales, specifically asked if I should deactivate my telkom account before or after switching to Neotell the reason being I want to keep the telkom number as it is a business phone. The reply was NO, you can deactive the telkom line now, and then later aply for neotel and just port the line. I did as he said. I signed with Neotell and apllied for the porting... waited 10 days only to get the notice that my port was unsuccesfull because: MY TELKOM LINE WAS INACTIVE!!! I terminated my contract (wich I signed under false pretences) immediatly. Neotell still deducted fee's from my account after I phoned 4 times to make sure they stop my account!!! I still have not been credited or even contacted with any info on this matter!! This type of service and are unexceptable!!!
