RIPPED OFF BY 8TA, WHERE IS OUR CONSUMER RIGHTS

I TOOK OUT A WIFI CONTRACT ON 15 FEB 2013, I WAS TOLD THAT I HAVE A EXCELLENT WIFI COVARAGE WHERE I LIVE.I TOOK IT HOME, CONNECTED IT UP & I HAVE NO WIFI COVARAGE AT ALL, NOT EVEN NEOTELL COVARAGE.I TOOK IT BACK FIRST THING IN THE MORNING ON 16 FEB 2013, CANCELLED THE CONTRACT.THEY MESSED ME AROUND & HADNT CANCELLED THE CONTRACT AND 8TA DEBITED MY ACCOUNT FOR R1240.55 0N 31 MARCH 2013.I HAD THE PAYMENT REVERSED.I CONTACTED THEM & THEY CREDITED ME FOR THAT AMOUNT ON THE ACCOUNT.ON 12 APRIL 2013 I RECIEVED ANOTHER ACCOUNT FOR R1545.57, FOR CANCELLING MY CONTRACT WHICH I DID IN 1 DAY AND I HAD 7 DAYS IN WHICH TO CANCEL IT WITH NO CANCELATION FEES.I CONTACTED 8TA AND WANTING FOR THEM TO SORT IT OUT. WHERE ARE OUR CONSUMER RIGHTS AND WHERE IS THA AMBUDSMANS DETAILS ON THEIR CONTRACTS.I HAVE EVIDENCE THAT I CANCELLED THE CONTRACT ON 16 FEB 2013, APROXIAMATELY 16 HOURS AFTER I TOOK THE CONTRACT OUT UNDER FALSE PRETENCES.I HAD TO CLOOSE MY BUSINESS FOR A DAY AND MY FUEL MONEY, TELEPHONE CALLS ETC, I HAVE TO LOOSE ALL THIS DUE TO INCOMPETENT PEOPLE.
