During the month of Januay i applied for a telkom line as we were moving on the 1st of Feb and am reliant on our internet. Nothing happened but after a couple of complaints the line was then installed around the 7th of Feb. This line worked for a couple of hours before it went dead. I have been phoning telkom on nearrly a daily base to try and resolve this. Till now nothing has happened and no one bothers to call me back. The last i heard on Friday was that it was a cable problem. It took nearlly three weeks for them to tell me that but no commitment to fix this problem. I have been using my cell phone to contact Telkom which is causing me to run up my cell account. I should have gone to neotell as was recommended to me!
