I specifically stated that my debit order for the Note 2 should go out on the 15th of every month together with the data, but to my surprise my account just got debited. Fortunately I had funds available. My data goes out on the 15th and cellphone month end? I said both accounts should be linked. Your customer service!! Cheap is just! I wish I didn't leave Vodacom, premium customer care unlike what happens at AKCs head office, where a bunch of nose picking people are employed as agents!! I will regret this, 24 months is a long time. I am working on a way of going back to Vodacom and your network as well. So, don't bother calling me on my cell during office hours as i have 0 network coverage.!!!
