8ta must be the worst possible network out there. I am paying for 10 gigs of data a month and I cannot get any decent speed from my house. The 8ta Technician has been to my house and admitted that there is a problem with the network. This is despite the fact that coverage was previously fine by my house. So I wasted my money getting a new ipad on a small data package from another network because I had already had an 8ta 10 gig data and now I have no data. When I requested to cancel my contract with 8ta they told me that I couldnt do that without paying a lot of money in! To add insult to injury I had to do a sim swap because I lost my origignal 8ta sime because I kept having to swap it out of my ipad. They then linked the wrong sim card and so now I have to go back to the branch and change it as I was finally advised by a call centre agent that they cannot do this telephonically. This is a different message to the one I got last night when they told me it was a network problem. It seems that the only thing 8ta is good at is taking my money every month. That they always seem to get right. Everything else is absolutely useless. I guess cheap data means cheap service!!
