I got my contract in December last year and for the first 6 months the network was great, it was so good in fact that I had to go take up a out of bundle data package because I was running out of data, then come June and everything went all wrong - its so bad that yesterday I tried to call my husband and I tried for 15 minutes and this is in a shopping centre in Douglasdale so its not in the bush there's no mountain.
I've seen the bad press regading the network and I tried to be patient but this is now getting ridiculous!!! I now have data being carried over every month I'm currently sitting on 2G worth of data that I cant use!!! When I got my phone I was promised 4G would be launched - so much for that I cant even get 3G!!!
Are you guys ever going to get your network working right - surely there is a CPA case in this as I'm paying for something I'm not getting and if it doesnt change soon that's my next point of call I wswitched from Vodacom and I regret it everday. I now have network envy I look at my friends who can talk and surf and I think why did I ever do this to myself by getting a contract with CEll C - I can't even wattsapp!!!
