Four months ago I got a laptop deal from Telkom. It broke. And I have been battling to get hold of Telkom direct because they don't know how to answer a phone. Eventually Telkom got it right for HP to collect the broken laptop, because they promised from the beginning that HP collects and delivers on site. But now, even whether or not the consumer protection act says that I have the right to a new laptop they don't want to help. They say that it is my problem. Here I have no help no laptop and they expect me to collect the thing in Midrand and I am disabled.
