Inconvenience. Poor customer services. Broken good

I sent my phone in for repairs. They told me it would take up to 30 days to get it back. After two weeks they called and I went to pick my phone up. A day later the phone broke again and I was told I would have to wait another two-four weeks before getting my hone back. The rep said that they cannot put a priority or rush order on the phone and that I would just have to wait. So because Nashua did a poor job repairing my phone I will have to wait a month and a bit before I get my phone back. An inconvenience for a working person who cannot contact clients and an expense on hiring another phone and having to pay data charges. I called the customer care services and twice I was told that the person will call me back but never did. It would be nice if they were as eager to fix your phone as they were to have you sign a contract and buy a phone. Or at least give me a phone to use since it is the second time i'm sending it in for the same thing.
