Hi there, i contacted Cell C a while back when my first WRONG account came through. I have a contract for R100 with them per month on a secondary phone which i NEVER use. They were going to get back to me - they never did! I gave them my day-to-day number to phone - they didn't. NOw today I get an SMS saying that R331 was decucted off my account for last month!!! How is this possible? The phone, like the previous time wasnt even charged OR switched on for 2 months in a row. I used it once last week to phone to another cell c number and the call didn't even last 5 minutes. Besides that, the phone was not used for anything at all. I am sick and tired of this. I am tired of their bad service and this will be escalated to the Ombudsman. I have not used this phone - they can go into their system and check that the phone wasn't even switched on. i tried to contact them this morning - oh my word!!! You listen to ongoing options on and on and on and when you choose the option it keeps talking blah blah blah nonsense only to tell you that you cant be transfered to a consultant at this point and you must hang up. Ive been on the phone for 30 minutes trying to contact them
