PATHETIC EXCUSE FOR A DOMAIN REGISTRA

I have had a few domains with Web Africa over the years. We had paid for all out domains yearly however my credit card expired recently and 2 domains came up for renewal which I had missed as the emails were sent to spam (Perhaps my fault when filtering).

This being said one of my domains for a company website was renewed and paid in 2013 and is not yet up fro renewal till March 2014. They decided to suspend the whole account including all domains paid for valid till 2014.

This has led to business losses, missed emails as well as the fact that I have updated my card in their system, paid for it yet the domains are still not online. Issue is that why would a company suspend a whole account including all paid for services rather than just the unpaid services.

We have lost business over the last day or so and it is really frustrating.

Will never work with them again and will move all domain to another registrar.
