EXACTLY the same thing happened today, as per my previous report on Hellopeter dated 18/10/2013. Sent in a "ticket" and only got an acknowledgement that they received it. Phoned in and the techie let me hang on whilst he was trying to figure out what's happening. Site is still down, and I am awaiting very important emails which I cannot receive. Can't log into my CPanel of this account either. What is weird is that I have a second domain with Afrihost, which points to my first. This domain is working in that I can receive emails and log into my CPanel of this domain. It is definitely not a payment issue as I have enough credit in my account with Afrihost to host my domains for the next 2-3 years. This seems to be happening at random, I still don't have a clear indication as to why it happened the first time and to be honest I don't think they know either.
