I had 4 domains with Hostcow, I have transferred 3 of them to another company after I paid for two renewals and they weren't renewed. They take over 2 weeks to reply to support tickets and still are unable to solve the problem. I eventually decided to cut my losses and moved my domains away, I lost money after paying for renewals and the domains were not renewed, but at least I do not have to deal with them anymore. Warning to potential new customers, it is an endless frustrating battle to get hold of them once you have paid for a domain name, minimum wait time between responses to emails/tickets is 2 weeks, unacceptable. This company should be shut down.
