UNSOLICITED SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES

From Nov12 to Apr13, my a/cc was billed for subscriptions which I didn't request. I contacted CellC to which they subsequently responded to notify me of the cancellation of the said services. My issue is the refund of my monies. its not a lot of money that they collected per month ; R192, but on principle if i did not pay this little amount; i would be blacklisted for non-payment. When i queried my refund I was notified matter of factly that if i didn't accept that they 'cannot' pay me my money back and if i insisted; i must contact the service provider myself. Now?? CellC; in my very limited understanding; if you are collecting money obo someone i would asume you receive a fee; and this business partner of yours is collecting money for 'unsolicited services', is that not? Collusion? I am contracted to CellC to pay for services that i have USED; and I pay CellC, not whomever you have contracted with in your business dealings. it is not my problem that you did not create a system that can monitor how your contracts are billed. CellC is reaping the benefits of this whole mess; imagine how many people are being billed and do not check their itemised billing. I want my money back!
