We have a Game Lodge in Dinokeng Game Reserve. Telkom do not communicate at all after online report. We just receive a Reference number and that is it! How are we suppose to run a business? It is just a matter of not being interesting in fixing the problem at all. No technicians making an effort to contact us after numerous messages and phone calls. Words can not explain the helplessness of seeing how a business is going down without telecommunication. I think Telkom should stand back and allow other suppliers instead of having a monopoly whereby inferior service is the order of the day. We have a Wimax system, and thought that the lines can not be blamed ie. etc. Hope no-one the tower!!!
