3 G Connection Dropping

I've been using 8ta since April 2012.The first couple of months everything was perfect but since December 2012
my 3G connection keeps on dropping every 10-15 minutes. My signal strenght remain between 92% and 99%.
Don't know if one of your 8ta towers fell over or what but can you guys please do something about it.
