Desperate for R136.80 - to train staff hopefully

Due to wanting to improve my web page and my web designer having a number of hassles with the software I called Web Africa on 4 February to find out what the notice period was to cancel. I was told it was 1 month so I should get it in immediately. I did so and decided that I would move to my new host immediately rather than wait until the end of Feb because I needed my web page up and running ASAP. It was my choice to pay both service providers for the month. I have now received a bill again from Web Africa for March as they want a 'Full calendar' months notice. I hope that the R136.80 will not prevent them from training their staff not to answer questions differently to their accounts department as this should be done, maybe they will have to shut down if the R136.80 needs to be used to keep the company afloat. This is DISGUSTING and I will NEVER recommend their services from this day forward.
