Loops to jump through to cancel an account

I have a 2Mb "Premium" Uncapped account from Mweb. I saw "premium" because I see no difference between this and an identical product from another ISP which charges much less.

So I decided to cancel my account as I will be moving. Firstly try finding the cancel contact details on their website. I ended up emailing billing & sales, they replied the next day saying they "forwarded" my email to cancellations and they would get back to me or I could do it myself. Ended up doing it myself, 4 days later still no one. So I went to Mweb Facebook page and asked, suddenly I get the forms instantly?

Then I also get told that I have to give a months notice to cancel? I'm sorry but I wasnt aware that I opened a 32 day notice investment account.

On the cancellations terms and conditions it says, "Subscription fee for the month in which cancellation occurs will remain payable."

Clearly two different definitions. I'm cancelling in September, I've paid for September, so what is the problem?

What is strange is I got the account immediately, no payment required nothing. Immediately over the phone for something I haven't paid for. But I must give 30 days notice to cancel something that's paid for?
