I am a longstanding MTN customer and wanted to complete two sim swop earlier today. There are a number of issues that I have both with MTN and with the personnel at the branch.
The first problem is with MTN who want to charge R136 for a sim swop. Clearly it is their right to do so but when One can buy a pay as you go for next to nothing why do they insist on ripping contract customers off like this.
The second issue is the attitude if the staff who believe that it I their right to treat customers like dirt. Admittedly I do react when confronted with attitude. It's time that the staff realise that their are alternative service providers out their. Maybe the only way to vote is with your feet am to go elsewhere
