My wife wanted to take a contract deal that came with an iPhone 5. Due to the popularity of this deal there was a waiting list for the iPhones. Shahied took down our details and said that it would take 2 months to get to us. Based on my experience with the cell phone industry I fully expected to never hear from them again.
BUT, two months later, Shahied phoned and said that a phone was available. He then also followed a few weeks later when the deal was going to expire, made a plan when he learned that my wife's previous contract with another service provider still had a few weeks to go and had the phone and paper work ready when I came in.
Such a complete contrast to the level of service that I have received at other cell phone stores.
