I am trying to get through to your department from 15:00 and everytime someone answers the phone 2 second after that they drop the phone - your service is reaaly really bad I need to activate my sim card

I am not going to phone the whole time of hang on the line for hours if you can't phone me back please sent the courier people to come fetch your phone
