No getting the assistance I need

I bough a cell phone contract through a company called fin capital, I recived a phone and sim card but the sim is not activated, Now this whole morning I have tried to get this resolved with them their call center pushes me from piallr to post. When you speak to someone they tell you they will transfer you then the phone just rings for some time then another person tell you they will transfer you.
Now all I need is someone to activate my phone so I can get the promised aitrime and sms that I have paid for.
I now have lost all hope in getting a resolution from these people I have lost hope in getting this phone to work. I spoke to a gentlemen in thier technical department who supposedly took down the sim serial number and my number. That was more than 3 hours ago and still no answer, My experience with themn is that they will not follow up but I must call over and over myself speaking to everyone.
I am sure they will not even respknd to his as well.
