I have a contract with MTN and on the 21st of January 2013 i was charged an amount of R499 on my cellphone bill for a number which is not mine. On the 23rd of January i called 808 mtn services provider and i logged a query that i get my money refunded to my account and ever since then i haven't received my money into my account, every time i call them they will tell me the matter is with the billing/credit department. I am sick and tired of always calling and not getting the issue solved. MTN did a mistake and took my money out of my account for a number not mine and now they don't want to give it back, if it was that my account was not paid my number would have been suspended but because they owe me they do things at they own turn around time. MTN service is so unprofessional and your call centre staff they are not clued up and that they can do they job to offer good service to customers.
