I had TWO cell phone contracts with Cell C, the other from 2009 the other from 2011 and i because of my personal problems i decided to terminate it in October 2012. I contacted them and made queires about my remaining balance to terminate my contract with them and they sent me the remanining balances via SMS. i then paid it in October and they told changed my numbers to prepaid 0842980128 n 0842824097.In December 2012 they deducted R400 from my account and callled them and said there are some other amounts that i still owe them, my question to you is that how can t change my numbers to prepaid whereas i still owe them. I contacted them to ask why did they deduct money from my account they said they will investigate, even today i did not get their respond about the matter.
