I contacted Cell C twice 2 ask them 2 cancel my debit order. Not once was I told that it's not possible unless I give a "valid written reason". What is "valid" 2 Cell C. When I took up the contract I asked 4 EFT, I was told I can only do that after 3 months. Now after a year I still can't change 2 EFT. A written letter was emailed to them yesterday as requested. Regarding another query with them Sipho told me a customer always has options cause he didn't want 2 refund my R146.50 they from my account. Now an called Thabo told me that a customer does not always have options. I've a good understanding of consumer rights & CPA but never read anything like that. In fact I work 4 1 of the major banks & happened 2 b on sales and now credit. If cell c think consumers r stupid they have another thing coming. I'm not gonna b harassed by some mampara fly by night company.By the way I only took up the contract cause I could not find the hand set I was looking 4. U can kiss my money goodbye I'm not gonna renew the contract. Ur service sacks. & please cancel my debit order if u do not want me 2 take law into my own hands. Oh, still waiting 4 my money after a week.
