Exceptionally bad service

My husband passed away in December 2011. I went into Cell C Fourways Mall in February 2012 to change my daughters contracts into my name - Mrs H M Booth. It took me approximately 17 visits into the store, how many phone calls & e.mails to Cell C themselves, 3 visits to my bank. I was told that I had an outstanding amount on a Cell C account - I asked for verification as to what account this money was payable for. I never received an invoice or statement for outstanding monies. I went into Nedbank Lonehill & paid the supposed outstanding balance. It took me up until October last year to clear my name & to stop having problems with this account. Blanche Opperman, who seems to be the only capable person at Cell C, told me in October that everything was sorted & this matter had been cleared. I have just had a phone call from NBS Credit telling me that Cell have handed me over!!! I am beside myself with how useless Cell C are. I don't need to re-address this matter. Can Cell C PLEASE get this matter finally settled.
