I had a 24month contract and it expired in October 2012.During the month of october was contacted by the call center to extend the contract and was not intrested as I had already lost the phone so I asked to keep the number as prepaid and the was confirmed to be done. The next month a debit order went off my account and was surprised and contacted cellc to find out and was told I need to sent an email of fax a letter to ancel the contract. I did that immediately sent an email to customer service and sent a fax to cancel and was given a ref number 2122401833.December another debit order went off my account and irritated and called the call center and was told my query will be sorted in 24hr then I asked since they debiting my accvount I will reverse the amount but wa told they loaded my airtime in the lost simcard so I confirmed that it was lost and was told to buy another starter oack and do sim swarp I did but was told I need to visit the branch and went, was asked to pay R150 since it was contracr but the guy told me it will be on prepaid. So now its the 11th december no feedback and this query has been on hold sinceOctober 2012
