Fed up for lack of service

What happens if you keep your end of the contract by paying your account but when they (virgin mobile) have to there is a PROBLEM!!! Still waiting for a upgrade phone even though i have been paying BIS since 04/02/2013.

The "courier" will call set up a delivery date and you sit and wait all day waiting... and nothing comes but your bill that you have to pay for a service never used. Will we be refunded for the money that we paid for the BIS that we cant use? what is our rights as customers?

This will be my last contract of any kind at VM and i will defnitly advise friends & family not to use them for the lack of service and paying for something that never been used by.

If my phone is not here on Friday, we are for sure be cancelling this contract!!!
