We take your money and there is nothing you can do

Ok... so this is the second time I write a report on AP (autopage).

In October 2012 my one number with AP ran out and I went to VODACOM. Much BETTER!

I received an iphone on my new contract and gave it to my wife on her AP number. That same day I visited Nelspruit AP, and instructed them to cancel the Bis BB internet and activate data bundles for my wife, since she now uses an iphone. It never happenned. In november I got the Bill and asked them again to activate the bundles and please credit the usage since it was not my mistake. I was promised it would be done.

In december I got sms showing that my account is running over the limit and I was being charged for GPRS and calls. I then struggled most of december (while on holiday) to get them to understand what was wrong on my contract. After long periods on the phone I decided to go into the shops once I was back in Pretoria. At the menlyn AP they could not really help and I at least got them to load the data bundles.
Now every month I am still charged for calls (since mtn no longer give free minutes but rand amount) cause I was over the rand amount on GPRS.(confusing I know). I will never upgrade with APand will suggest you dont!
