Deducting A Huge Amount Without My Permission

Good Day.

I had took a contract phone from 8ta early last year and I failed to make payments from August, then 8ta handed me over to NUDEBT Management, NUDEBT debited an amount of R1550 on the 27/02/2013 on my bank account without my permission, I've been calling 8ta and NUDEBT the whole day today trying to make an arrangement to pay R350 a month but I have'nt been able to be assisted because apparently the amount that has been debited on my account is not reflecting on their system. I spoke to Alicia at NUDEBT who could'nt help me because she says the debit orders are authorised by 8ta. I want them to reverse the R1550 back to my bank account as this has dis budgeted me in a big way and deduct R350 until my debt is paid off. Please assist.
