I reported on 26 February that my BlackBerry Service is not working. I have got no internet, email, etc. They phoned me on 27 February and said that everything is fine on Vodacom side. They will esculate my problem to networks. On 28 February networks phoned me and said that they will reset everything on their side and in 30 min everything will working. That was at 9 o'clock. It is now 10:47. I am currently still holding for a consultant for the past 45min. Please sort this out for me.
