Yet another day without network coverage!

I don't know what to say anymore. Whenever a customer complains about something, the customer is treated as if he/she is supposed to be thankful for what they get, like in an orphanage when an orphan wants more bread. Well, I for one am sick and tired of poor, unreliable service!!!

I have been struggling with Vodacom coverage for a long time and it just does not seem to improve, instead it seems like it is getting worse. This past week there was almost no signal in Kuruman on Monday and I could not even complete a successful call. It was sorted out by some miracle LATE Monday evening, but again tonight the signal collapsed. Unfortunately corporate giants like Vodacom, MTN, Standard Bank and the likes have been allowed to grow out of proportion without any regard for quality of service and reliability. Customers are just expected to take a number, shut up and wait.

We operate air ambulance services and save lives doing so. If I cannot be contacted even for 10 minutes, people's lives are at stake! This doesn't bother Vodacom, it is a technical error and they are attending to the problem. What should the customer do? Migrate to another network? WHAT??!!
