Poor comminication

A technician phoned me on teusday 26th of feb stating that he wants to come and insatall the line. I told him I would make arrangements and meet him at my place. After making the arrangements he phoned me back and told me it won't be possible for some reason and it won't be done in this week. So they wasted my time once. That same day a lady phones saying that they are going to come and install the line on the 27th, I asked her if she was aware of the person that phoned me she said no and that she will get back to me. She never did. Today I received a phone call from a blocked number with message left. And apparently it was the technician. Now once again I received a message saying they are going to install the line I took off work and now they have to reschedule. 2nd time they wasted my time. So I assume I will have to take off of work a third time.
Poor poor communication and a bad attitude from the technician.
