After my last report, I got a call from cell c FINALLY explaining that the tower was removed, and a new tower is being built in next few MONTHS! A mobile tower is in place but is NOT as effective.
So what do we do as customers? Sit and wait for tower and still PAY for the service?! UNACCEPTABLE
WHY didnt cell c take the time to contact its customers and send service messages?
I need my data service formwork and professional purposes as do many others.
They need to rope in, other providers to help them provide a service till new tower is up.
We need a better solution not just a pat on the back call.
