Poor Customer Service

I contacted Mweb to apply for a contract on the 2GB CellC 3G contract incl modem for R129p/m. I was under the impression that their service was very fast and efficient, but mistaken. They told me that I need to pay an additional R199 for the modem delivery which will take between 5-10 working days. I asked if I can collect the modem at the Canal Walk branch, but they declined. Why should I pay R199 if I can collect myself and why should I wait 5-10 working days? I am in the area. Have never dealt with Mweb before and not sure if I ever will in future. They did not make a genuine effort to satisfy a new potential customers needs. I need internet today, not in 5-10 working days!
