Management disinterest in service delivery

Entered into Mweb/Cell C 2GB data contract for iPad3 on 1 March, 2013. Took 27 days before I got a 3G signal (after they swopped the sim card). The signal lasted for 2 days only. Did not receive ANY SIGNAL (no internet) from 30 March. Also tried sim on iPhone 4 - still no signal. It is clear that Cell C cannot provide a 3G (or any other) service for apple products. Why then go through all the effort of selling these products?
Please cancel this useless contract, as I'm not prepared to carry on like this. Your only other option would be to provide me with a free Wi-Fi modem (guaranteed for one year).
Please do not create another case number... I already have 8 of them (phone calls excluded).
