Poor service delivery

I ordered a BB Z10 over the internet. A vodacom sales person called me about the order. She told me the system was very slow. She asked to call me back. I told her she can do that. I've since been waiting for her to call me back. This is 3 days later. I've called the call centre several times and all I get is the recorded voice system with the music playing. Poor service delivery at its best.
