My account had been over due as a resulting of forgetting to swoop debit orders and then on making a payment to 8ta using my name and surname as a reference (as the call centre consultant didn't mention to fill in a 15 letter reference number). this is however wrong and they promised it will take 72 hours for payment allocation. 72 hours passed called the centre and the "team leader" was not in and couldn't help. called 72 hours later and again no luck. eventually called again scanned and email the paid bill to 8ta. still no luck. account details have been updated on system as paid and yet still no Internet. called the call centre they advise the team leader. do I have Internet 9 days later??? NO! there is no structure to their system. There is also no one who can help you with the query! this is a reflection of bad service delivery and shows a lack of communication between departments! extremely poor service. rather pay a few rands more and chose a more reliable service provider like mtn/ vodacom. very disappointed at the poor poor response.
