It all started in December 2012 when the iphone 5 was launched. I asked the branch in Nelspruit riverside mall to get me one, they responded with "we only will get the iphone 5 in march april" REALLY 3-4 months after the launch? Anyway, I managed to get one from Vodaworld autopage (great service) the phone was faulty and I struggled for 2 months to get it replaced. In late June the phone went in for repairs, a software issue supposedly. the phone was returned to me after 6 weeks. When I went to collect it I was shocked at the condition! the phone had clearly been dropped and damage was evident, damage that was not there when I handed the phone in! the lady at the Nelspruit branch said that she can see the phone is insured and I must just claim for a new one. WHAT??? I must claim from my insurance for something they did? I told her that I am not accepting it, and I want it repaired or replaced! she sent it back and now after about 15 calls including messages left for the MD, snr service manager and various other individuals at this grossly incompetent company, I still don't have my phone and no one has returned my call. I even sent a letter and no response!
