Cell C Billing system dirty laundry

In 11/2012, on my Smartdata 200MB package, an amount of R 78, 57 was added. Cell C charged me more than R2/MB, I queried this with the helpdesk. On the 9/01/13 I got a sms stating that the 0.15 per MB charge is applicable only when there is an additional bundle loaded not with the bundle that we loaded per package. At C/C in P.E. on the 10th with C/C website printouts of prices and out of bundle rates on it, I was told that when I signed the contract in July we discussed prepay rates. Why would I want to know about prepaid for a contract? How do you jump topics? How can you recall what you said 6/12 later? I specifically asked about call rates as no SP gives a formal document with their price structure. I was told that its 15c/MB. Even with the proof in hand the final decision was made by the "helpdesk ". Later when checking my data messages from C/C I noticed that I had received a sms from Cell C on the 28/11/12, that I had read but had not recalled stating -Your monthly data has been depleted, further usage will be depleted at R0.15/MB. C/C. This must address again. I need something official to attach to my contract stating what the charges are, for any future disputes.
