I am very disgusted with Vodacoms service. Last year May I bought a Laptop on contract, they has the descriptions of the laptop wrong on the internet and when i received it, it was nothing like the one advertised. After complaining they said that i could get 100megs of data free for 24 months. It has now been 9 months later and i have not received one months. First I dealt with Amith Ramdeo and after a couple of emails and no response, i was contacted by Rochell Carolus on the 25th of May 2012. She told me that it has been referred to the sales department. After numerous emails asking what is going on, i was told again and again that it was referred to the sales department. On the 29 th of September 2012 again i was asked for the details to investigate. On the 30th of September i received an email stating that my free data has been loaded for 24 months but i did not receive anything. After contacting Vodacom, i was told that it did not load successfully and that it was referred to the IT department. Again weeks went past and nothing and till today nothing. Follow my next complaint.
