Homemark contacted me and my mom the 5th of November and asked us if we're interested in a new contract for a laptop. ( hp 6258, windows 8, 1000mb free per month, warranty of 24 months and costs R289 per month) Nigel from the data department told us it will only take 14 days for the laptop to be delivered. It is almost a month later. Every time we phone them there is no answer. I went to Vodacom and they said the contract is activated. We are waiting for the bill to arrive but who wants to pay for something you haven't received yet. It is unacceptable!
