I recieved a phone call from a cell c consultant, on the 13 Feb 2013, he was offering me a GET-IT (PA) service of which i did not agree to. I told him to send me documentation and never did i tell him to subscribe me on this service, a few days later i recieved an SMS confirming that i was successfully registered, after he did not confirmed with me, he did not even ask me for my debit order date.
I unsuccessfully tried to contact cell c 4 times to the GET IT department, unitl i obtained their direct number and spoke to another guy who also could not help me and told me to wait for investigations, without even getting a reference number.
Cell C, this is appalling service and please teach your staff members to listen to clients and not make decisions on our behalf.
I WANT TO BE UNSUBSCRIBED FROM THIS SERVICE WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT!!!
