I have serious issues with 3G reception. I have logged this issue more than once. Vodacom has sent technicians and they agreed the reception is pathetic. They are looking into the problem as their is apparently problems with the tower.
They fail to resolve the matter but keep on taking my money month after month for substandard service.
They just send you mails that they are busy investigating. When you reply to the mail and ask them to phone you... nothing happens.
All I want is to cancel all my contracts seeing that they cannot render the service to which they are contractually agreed.
Stop hiding and cancel the contracts!!!
