THEY JUST DONT CARE

After I lost my phone, C Cover paid up for the new phone. I received the phone on the 15/01/2013. I switched on the phone and it was not working. I called 140 and I was given a reference number because they cant do the SIM swap. REALLY now!!! So these bimbo's did not even think about that??? I was told I will get feedback within 24- 48 hers :(> I AM STILL WAITING.
