We have functional ADSL for a few days. I received an SMS saying the fault had been cleared on 15 Feb 2013. It is down again tonight. And when I tried to report it I got a message saying that there is still a fault report on this line. Reference number dates from 28 January 2013. So I cannot report it. Do you honestly think this is adequate service? Forget good - you are clearly not capable of good service. Please fix the fault reporting service and please fix the line. I will now have to demand a refund - you are not supplying the service you agreed to provide. Your record on this number is pathetic.
