Poor repair service

I booked my Galaxy S3 in on 16 Feb at vodacom lakeside mall for your technicians to have a look at why my phone is taking long to recharge the battery. I got the phone back on 23 Feb and was told that a firmware update solved the problem. Upon turning it on my phone said Firmware update not completed. Please use recovery mode. I then went back to vodacom in lakeside mall and booked the phone in for a second time so that your technicians could fix what they have broken. Got my phone back this morning and all seemed fine... on the way home my phone ran out of battery life and proceeded to shut down. Imagine my surprise when i plugged it in to charge and nothing happened. it has been plugged in for 30 minutes now and still nothing happens. no charging indication and it does not want to turn on. I will book the phone in AGAIN tomorrow morning. I handed in a phone that worked and was charging (very slowly) and i keep getting a broken phone back. Is there anyone there that can fix my phone???
