MTN FACTS NOT CORRECT

I switched bank accounts from ABSA to FNB, received sms that MTN account was succesully transfered to FNB, I paid over R1000 rand into my MTN account BEFORE THE DUE DATE, still MTN tried to deduct the money from ABSA and suspended my services. Make sure of your facts please... and now MTN tells me I was in arears... THE SAD PART IS, THEY JUST TELL ME IT'S JUST A COMPUTER ACTION (SUSPENDING MY SERVICE).
