Ipping me off

I must say Absa handled my refund issue in such a unprofessional way, all the facts and statements they made to me was ignored when action line came back to me. When I questioned the person they didnt even bother replying to me. They owe me money bottom line but are not assuming responsibility.
I am so disillusioned as a loyal absa customer for so long and promise not to do any business with them, they let me down blatantly and have not investigated all the factS . Please the public be aware when dealing with my type of situation, they really let me down and took me for a ride. If they had any remorse or wanted to do the right thing pay me back my money which is owed to me.
