I had a loan with Bridge Loans where along the way they stopped billing or debiting my account without any reason. there fore they handed over my account to their Dept collectors Nudebt Management, where the agreement was made between me and them to collect the outstanding amount of 4500.60 in installmens of R1500 per mont for three months, which was done via email, they debited the amount for 2 months then on the 3rd month they did not debit. when i asked why they told me Bridge Loans took the account back and resend it with the Journal which did not have the supporting documents of that Journal. when i went to their Branch the answer i goit was my account was pulled back from Nudebt mistakenly all that Nudebt has to do is to activate the account and continue the debit. now am being sent from pillar to post, i phone them every day and i have spoken to the lady by the name of Sharon from Nudebt and the Lady by the name of Precious from Bridge Loans to no avial. have been waiting for their response for 4 days now, and eberytime i call them i never get hold of them i leave messages and they never get back to me. this is very frustrating and unacceptable hence this is my credit record
